“this is an award center for Massanutten Resort. if you are getting a call from this number, it is not a scam, it is because YOU submitted your information to be contacted about promotions on an ENTRY FORM. they will not contact you under any other conditions. Also, if you submitted your name and phone number, chances are, you read the BACK OF THE ENTRY FORM (or if you submitted it from a tablet, you read the terms and agreements) which states EXACTLY who will be contacting you, eligibility requirements and other notices. :)”

“We had a great 4 night stay. With a family of 4, we had 2 kings beds and plenty of room. We loved the adjoining room with my parents. Rooms was clean. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was wonderful with something different every morning. Breakfast staff were so friendly every morning. The only recommendation I have is keeping breakfast open until at least 10 or 10:30. People like to sleep in while they are on vacation and it was hard to try and wake my 2 kids by 8:30 or 9 to ensure we would get to eat breakfast. Painting in rooms also needs updated, but other than that, we had a great stay and I will definitely be staying there again.”

“What an mazing place to stay. From booking our room, to arrival and departure everything was perfect. We had the best time getting some rest and felt like family after meeting the owner. Bryan made us feel right at home and was extremely attentive to us and even took the time to go over all of the wonderful renovations and future plans he has made for this gem of a place. This is a place you must must stay when traveling through the area.”

“I absolutely love it here so far. Been here a week and haven't had any issues. The staff has been kind, courteous and caring so far. (Staying for a while due to working construction). They even sell essentials that most hotel don't in case you've forgotten something. Every week the housekeepers come in and do a thorough clean. I never have to ask for towels. Also all smokers are on the very top floor which saves nonsmokers the hazard of being affected by the smoke. The size of the room seems small but it's a nice size and the bathroom is larger than some apartment's bathrooms. It also has an apartment size refrigerator which helps us save on food because we have the room to store it properly. There hasn't been a lot of noise or drama that u might find in an extended stay. I've stayed in a fair few because of the nature of my job.”

“Every detail of Ed & Kitty' bed & breakfast inn reflects how amazing they are. Their beautiful inn, the surrounding Audubon Nature Sanctuary property, & their guests are attended to with tender loving care. We felt like we were home with family as soon as we were greeted at the door. Such warmth & hospitality! Breakfasts were sumptuous & delicious. How they keep everything so clean & polished is beyond me, especially since they are so generous with the time they spend with guests. Can't say enough good about Ed & Kitty & their Stuart Hill Bed & Breakfast!”

“What a beautiful resort! My family stayed here for two nights, and we absolutely loved it. It feels like staying in your own apartment. Our accommodation was nicely furnished, spacious, clean, appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, and comfortable. We were fortunate to be quite near the indoor and outdoor pools. It is in a great location for everything you might want to do in the Williamsburg area. Also, the office staff were so kind and professional. We definitely plan to return.”

“The home is historic & gorgeous. Our room the Alyce Wilson was large and very comfortable & private bath. We fell right to sleep in the comfy bed after driving around all day in our rented golf cart. At night we sat on the covered side porch & loved the breezes on the swing. Innkeepers Tammy & Jim were very friendly & the breakfasts were filling & delicious. Such nice people. Highly recommend Bay Haven Inn you won't be sorry.”

“Very clean, good location, map directions were on point, friendly and courteous brothers. The woman working the bar/kitchen area seemed a little stressed and overwhelmed, but made an attempt to be polite. Even though we prepaid, our food arrived extremely late to our table. Overall we had an enjoyable evening.”

“First off...let me say that the only reason that I'm giving them the 5 stars is for the simple fact that when I first met my wife, that's the hotel we got drunk and spent the night together at. Well we went there the other night and the wasn't any toilet paper. The soda machine took my money without giving me my drinks. They don't take credit or debit cards. The room and bathroom was nasty and there was blood on what was supposed to be clean towels.”

“We spent a few relaxing days at this wonderful lake house with three families with young kids (aged 3-9) and we had a great time. The hosts are communicative and helpful. The house and garage apartment are clean and nicely decorated. There are tons of linens and supplies - including lots of beach towels which was helpful. Our kids LOVED the garage/game room, which has a pool table, pinball machines, and lots of board games. It was perfect for when it rained, and for the adults to hang in after bedtime. There were many nice touches and amenities that made the property great - the beach area, decks, fire pit and water carpet were our faves. We would definitely return. The single drawback of this place is a very large house being built next door that is pretty close. But it did not affect our stay negatively and wouldn’t stop me from recommending it!”

“Have always loved this campground and still do even though no longer a KOA. Staff great, but needs training on the store side. Totally messed up my bill when I arrived. Later in our stay my husband went to get 1 bundle of fire wood and was charged for 4. On a high note, Ray was totally wonderful, helpful, and friendly!!”

“Nicely maintained docks and grounds. Pleasant and helpful staff. Relaxing views and area. Would recommend this to other boaters. It is a bit of a walk to town to get to any shops and restaurants. They do not rent any bikes or golf carts. The C Pier has a lovely and fun vibe with raw bar food and drinks on Friday nights. A couple of things to make this more worthwhile on a holiday weekend would be to offer periodic golf cart shuttle rides to town and maybe more hours with the CPier open. It’s such a beautiful venue, it could attract more people on the long weekends.”

“If you're looking for a home in a community that is well maintained, cared for, with amazing and attentive management, look no further than ParkLand Ventures!! I have had nothing but amazing experiences with ParkLand owned communities and will always recommend them to all of my family and friends! The quality and standard of living that they provide is exceptional and will always make you feel at home, as one should! You can definitely notice the difference when it comes to a ParkLand managed community vs. any other. All management in communities are always tentative to your needs and concerns are always addressed in a timely and organized manner and something like this is a rarity nowadays. ParkLand will always be my go-to and number one choice!”

“My sister and I had the most wonderful stay at this lovely Bed & Breakfast. Hosts were extremely welcoming, hospitable, and gracious. If we could move in we would!!!! Food was FANTASTIC!!!! Room and service was spectacular. I highly recommend staying here. It will be our go to place when we visit family again.”

“As of 1 Oct this Park is no longer part of the KOA chain. That said, this was one of the nicest Parks we've stayed in. Great staff - had an issue with no hot water in the bathhouse the first evening, mentioned it to the staff the next morning and it was fixed immediately. Speaking of staff, all were great. They were constantly cleaning and coming by to make sure we had no issues. We had a premium site, so paver patio, gravel pad, gas grill, swing and nice table. Park is located near quite a few tourist sites as well as options to restock your fridge. Would def stay again.”

“We had such a nice visit here, staying from the 27th-30th of December. The room was clean and comfortable and they allow children, which is hard to find in a bed and breakfast. Breakfast was very tasty. The best part though is Cathy and John, who had such wonderful stories to tell and had such enthusiasm for the area and for history. They made us feel like family. We would love to come back.”

“Very clean and also smelled fresh and clean, (considering the intense cleaning spots on carpet from pet accidents, but odor free)👍🏻 Very well lit up outside. TV worked well along with the heat , A/C unit., on this cool damp and rainy night. Shower/ tub was clean and the water was hot. The wi fi worked well and the management was friendly. Sign outside office door said mask required, which is understandable as the office check in area is small. All in all with the easy on and off of I-95 and adjacent to gas station/ convenience store with beer cave make this motor lodge worth staying at. We stayed with our 2 small dogs and the pet charge was fair and respectfully understood as their was no pet dander present , (until we left). My wife is a retired maid for a white glove cleaning service and said is was only worth 3 1/2 stars as the wall edges had dust and need to be vacuumed with an edge attachment and the high part of the mirror was smudged 😃”

“To put it simply, it felt like home. Cindy is a treasure, and the farm is absolutely beautiful and remote. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat, this is the place to be. I only stayed here for one night, but I wish I had more time. I will definitely come back in the future if I am in the area. I was on a motorcycle roadtrip, and since Cindy/Gary are fellow riders, they really looked out for me and I was able to garage my bike overnight. Breakfast was delicious and the lodging was super clean and comfortable. Best part was conversing with Cindy.”

“Pulling up I thought it was gonna be just a run down motel but I was wrong. The rooms need some updating for sure. Holes in walls, slightly dirty, fridge was broken, but the bed was comfortable. Price was just right. Staff hardly looked you in the eye and weren't all that friendly. But I got what I came for.”
