“Perfect. Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable prices. You won't have to wait long for an appt, mine was 21 hours later, for a non emergency. My water well issue was fixed immediately, I was shown what was wrong, how to fix it, and was given an explanation of why it kept happening. “New Review: I came back to leave another review. A new guy came and finally fixed the issue. I DID leave a voicemail, but the person who called me was very apologetic and they were quick to come remedy the issue. The guy said he would talk with his boss about getting the dry wall fixed, but in all I am now at least happy they came back and fixed the leak. I would suggest making having your plumbers make sure the leak is completely fixed before leaving by running the water for a good amount of time. In the mean time I'll be waiting on a call back about the dry wall. Thank you for coming back and fixing the leak. Previous: If I could give 0 Stars I would. The guy came to my house, First of all the guy was rude and gave little information on how the dry wall would be fixed. He had no paper work and was unprofessional. He claimed he fixed my pipe leak, but the moment I cute shower on Upstairs water was once again ON MY KITCHEN FLOOR DOWNSTAIRS. I have called and left voicemails, No RESPONSE. I HAVE CALLED AND GOT MY CALL IGNORED AND SENT STR8 TO VOICEMAIL. I'D NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AND ILL MAKE SURE ALL OF MY HOMEOWNER FRIENDS KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“CALL PURCELLAIRE FIRST! It's 100 degrees out and our AC unit was blowing hot air. They came out within a couple of hours the SAME day (No one else could, and when they could, the emergency fee was through the roof). No emergency fee, no up-selling. The same part they installed was literally 5 times more with the "big guys". Nothing but honesty and help. Determined the problem FAST and fixed it. Was 100% honest in trying to save us the most money. Did not even charge a full hours rate which is usually the MINIMUM a company will charge even if it 10 minutes. I will never call anyone else before Purcell Aire. Even tho they only have a few reviews online, I chose this company because they are not some big AC company who can afford a bad review, so I knew they would do their best to help us. They went above and beyond that. Give them a call first, you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you guys!”
