“I've finally gotten the chance to try North End Gelato after visiting North End Juice many times. I'm so happy I did! I'm not sure why the door handle is so low but once I got inside, I noticed it was smaller than I expected. However at least 12-15 people can be seated inside at the benches and mini tables along the wall (there's more seating outside for sunshiney days). The guys behind the counter were pleasant, and we chatted about their favorites while I tasted all 6 non-dairy flavors ( I went with the pineapple ginger). I forgot to ask if they post their flavors daily but I can do that when I return because... Vegan ice cream!”

“First time visiting since the remodel and wow, the place looks great! Our server Jenny was excellent, gave us menu suggestions, checked in, etc. and the food was top notch. I had the gyro pita with lemon orzo, a small Greek salad with bread, and the lavender lemonade and I was Stuffed™ at the end. My brother ordered the gyro platter with fries and a small house salad, and the fried fish with (garlic?) rice and he barely managed to finish it all. Great decor, great service, and a great way to get my Greek fix. There's street parking and a lot around the back. Prices are $10-30pp”

It was seasoned very well and full of wonderful flavors. There was so much food in the tray we both were able to eat and get full. Take A Plate is AMAZING. Honey mustard, garlic Parmesan and teriyaki are all common ones to have, the only reason they are not 5 stars. So far we have had the Alfredo chicken pasta, eggplant parmigiana, bread, pepperoni pizza, bbq wings and cheesecake. All were good and the sauce was great. New fave in town.”

I had the spinach salad and the blackened salmon alfredo which were surprisingly just enough portion wise to not feel like it was a heavy meal. I enjoyed my time there.”
