“Okay... Everybody reading the reviews are saying what's all the hype about in these reviews. Well the real story is all the food is homemade and delicious!! Every customer that was sitting eating raved about their food. I had the pork chops dinner..two nice sized pork chops with sides of mashed potatoes and yams and they were fantastic!! Other people in the restaurant raved about their own food also, the Whiting, Catfish and of course the freshly made fried chicken.. All the food fresh made and looked delicious. One of the most pleasant experiences about my short wait for fresh cooked food was meeting Corey himself. He is very proud of his family and the recipes and great quality of food, and rightfully so!!! Go ahead and try this great little place before it gets on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives because it will!!! Family ran and operated serving awesome home cooked food like you are a guest in the kitchen of their home!! “Delicious fried chicken! We ordered the half and half with plain and soy garlic sauce (and extra hot sauce on the side). The chicken is crispy and juicy, and the sauces are good (though I find the soy garlic sauce a tad too sweet, just personal preference). Cole slaw is normal creamy kind, nothing to complain. The staffs are also very nice and attentive.”

The only issue I had was how my food was packed to-go. Someone stuck my salad (sideways) inside the the same bag as all of my hot foods. Other than that, it was a good experience. I got the brisket corn beef hash and had more than enough leftovers for a 2nd meal which was almost tastier next day which is saying something. “We found this place in Google and decided to try it because we were getting a big bored by the usual Korean BBQ and tofu houses in this area. We were pleasantly surprised by its quality and affordability. Granted that this is more a noodle house than a full-fledged restaurant, it is a great place to have lunch or dinner without having to take a second mortgage. Being Chinese ourselves, we have not been impressed by Korean Jjajangmyeon before. However, we do like the version this restaurant offers. The fried dumplings are also quite special. Will certainly go back and try more dishes.”

Suffolk BBQ co-Airport... Great Barbecue with Slaw combo & Mel's Baked Beans while watching some of the small planes take off ... next time when hotter I will sit out on the patio.
