“Excellent store that came highly recommended from respected coworkers. The store is broken up in two sections. The first part of the store has clothing, book bags, coveralls, and even cowboy hats. The second half of the store has steel toe, composite toe, standard work boots, hats, and shoe insoles. The staff is mainly women who are very polite and frequently check on all guest making sure that they are finding the items they came for. Due to Covid-19 shipping delays they did not have the steel toes I was looking for but I was instructed I could get them ordered but it would be a slight delay. I will definitely be coming back here early next year to check out some more steel toe shoes and possibly a few more work shirts and pants.”

“I've been shopping here since I was about 13. Almost 30 years. It's still the same. Even with a new look. Good clothes at a good price. But, my experience there this last time was above and beyond. I had bought a pair of shoes for a wedding. And, having cash on me. I paid cash. And put the receipt in my wallet. Just in case I needed to return them. Which, I did need to. So. I proceed to the service desk. And produce the receipt from my wallet. To my disbelief. Most of the ink on the purchase number had been rubbed away from the friction in my wallet. But, despite the very limited information I could them. The manager there at the time, Sang. Was able to look it up and provide me with my refund. She went above and beyond. And thats how customer service is supposed to be. I will keep coming back here. Just because of this one interaction. And recommend anyone else as well.”

“Visited the store near Ft.Lee, VA during Christmas weekend, with the $20 gift card from customer service. There was one cart charged up front for me to use. I found lots of merchandise on sale. “This store seems to be super busy every time I visit, however the items are usually straight on the shelves, aisles clear of items and debris and staff on hand for any questions or assistance. The Men's section was a bit of a disaster when I arrived, but it also appeared that they may have had intentions of re-stocking the merchandise and straightening the whole area as the entire rest of the store was in good order. I intended to look for one item for a Halloween costume and amazingly I was able to find something that would work. Thanks to the Target Red Card, Target App (for a coupon) as well as accumulating some Target Circle dollars I was able to save on my purchases!”
