“This was my first time to this Ross and I was very impressed with the service, the cleanliness and upkeep of the store floor as well as the friendliness of the staff. When we walked in, one of the staff members greeted and welcomed us right at the door. Then as we walked around, a few other staff members greeted us as they saw us. I walked from isle to isle and did not see any clothes on the floor and the clothes, shoes and even furniture were well placed and very pleasing to look at. We stopped in just to look around but we ended up buying clothes just because it was inviting and, well, the prices are good too. As we walked up to the checkout line, another staffer stepped in to check us out so that we didn't really have to stand in a line, which was only 3 deep. A great experience and I'll definitely go back to this particular store.”

You have to take the whole assembly off to change it and he was friendly and quick. They also checked my regular and high beams before I paid and left. I also felt the price was very fair. If they're back to doing state inspections by the time I need mine I'll give them a try!”

“The shoes were good quality and well handled. checkout was quick and efficient. service was a bit odd though, typically salesmen give you your shoes then carry on with tending the store, whereas this one got me my shoes then didn't move the entire time I tried on my shoes then watched me as I walked around to try and get a feel for them. then he told me about a cleaning spray since the shoes were white and my response was a simple "mm hmm" and head nod. by the time I had my old shoes back on he was at the register with the shoes and spray giving me no time to browse for other things. then after him ringing everything up, asked me if I actually wanted the spray(I did but still, I never told him that). anywho he was a very odd salesman”

Beautifully set up store, reasonable prices... what I will say made me come and write a review was the AWESOME customer service from whatever ladies were working at 530 on 1/17. Walked in, was greeted warmly, and after browsing a bit, the other employee kindly interacted with my toddler. As a consumer (who still prefers shopping in store) I cannot stress enough how appreciative I was for the friendliness. Unfortunately you don’t get that kind of CS these days! Keep it up, guys!”

I noticed that they placed a table in front of their counter and made a comment about their ingenuity in assisting customers in maintaining a 6' distance from the employee behind the counter. Upon that table they also had signs available for purchase that mentioned social distancing and use of mask.
