I didn’t need to ask her to adjust anything, I asked for medium pressure and she provided that, but was very communicative when she thought the pressure might be too much. I haven’t had a massage in a long time and was very tight from a lot of hiking… I asked for deep tissue and Ploy did a combination of that along with some stretching to help my quads loosen up a little, it was just what I needed! It was supposed to storm on our expected move in date and we asked her if we could move in just our mattress the day before so it doesn’t get soaked in the rain and she was SO kind and let us move in a day early so we didn’t have to move in during the storm. I wish I would have caught my therapist’s name before I left, because she was so attentive to my problem areas. I have severe muscle spasms and knots throughout my shoulders and neck, and she graciously worked out my kinks while continually asking me if I was comfort with the pressure throughout. She also did hot stone work as a courtesy which was so kind, because it isn’t included in the service initially. Along with my deep tissue massage, I did add on the cupping service and it did not disappoint. This establishment is tidy, warm, and so pleasant to be in. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone in the Hampton Roads area... it will be worth the drive! Also, the online booking is so convenient and simple.
