“What a great experience at Public storage on Holland Road in Alexandria not only due to the facilities being well-maintained and in order but the biggest reason for it is glowing review is Jaszmin at the office. There was a slight issue with my son’s online reservation. Jaszmin went out of her way making multiple phone calls to correct the situation while taking care of two other customers. I would call her a multitasking extraordinaire. She then personally walked us up to the storage unit made sure that everything was just as it should be. She made sure we didn’t have any other additional questions and assured us that if we had any further issues or questions she would be there for us. My son is military and I am his mom that drove down from Buffalo New York to help him for the day today. For us military families we know how plans can change and things can get pretty fast paced. Kudos to Jaszmin for helping us not only stay on schedule with my quick visit to help but also doing so with a very polite courteous and helpful manner. She is an asset to your company hang onto her, she’s a good one. Thank you.”
