“Dropped of my 01 mustang to have an exhaust installed on Monday. I had tried Lyman and they wanted to charge $500 just to bolt on the exhaust kit I had provided so I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to Express Auto. Steve got me in at around 3. I knew it was going to be a bit of a wait. But, I wanted it done right. Long and short of it. The muffler need to be welded in after Steve gave me a call said that the clamps where not the correct one. He also need an extension for one of my 02 sensors. I brought it in to him and he had it ready. He walked me through a few other minor issues which I greatly appreciated. Will be bringing my car to Express Auto again. Especially after the great service that was provided. I mean Steve even gave it a 30 point inspection just to let me know everything was good to go. That is what you call a damn good mechanic.”

“Priority saved the day! I woke up on a Saturday morning and headed out the door to a full schedule for the day only to find my tire had gone flat! I was able to get the spare on but knew I could not drive on that for long. I drove directly to Priority’s quick lane where I was greeted by Lauren who was friendly and quickly checked my vehicle in so I could get on my way to the first part of my day. Lauren’s texts to keep me posted on my vehicle progress was helpful to not distract me from celebrating a friend’s birthday. The car was ready to go after they fixed my tire, replaced my rear windshield wiper, and gave my car a full complimentary check. I was able to pay online so when I picked up my car I got my keys and was on my way to my son’s baseball practice! The whole experience was so easy my day was only delayed by the time it took me to put on the spare.
