They had been doing their random weekly checks and noticed that we had not properly locked our unit. They called me immediately. Unfortunately, we were 12 hours away. We mailed them one of our keys and they properly locked our unit for us after taking a picture of all the items inside. Three months later we clear out from the unit and everything was there. We appreciate their honesty and concern.”
