“We brought in a plant for identification and they went out of their way to find an answer for us. The drive there is scenic. Its located off a winding road in a Deep Creek neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. It was a slow afternoon and we were the only customers. The place is beautiful. There are greenhouses and gardens to explore. They have a lovely fish pond with a somewhat famous fish who likes to play dead. The shop offers local hand made goods and yard art. The prices are reasonable compared to any other gift shop. The staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall a very nice day trip. Highly recommended. Oh and it was a type of yucca plant. “Tried this place for the first time today and it was wonderful. I had the Kim Bop and Be Bim Bop, my partner had the pan fried octopus stir fry and we were both extremely happy. With our entrees, we received an array of delicious side dishes (the braised potatoes and the sauteed mushroom stems were highlights for me) and they will refill them as you devour them. I wish I had skipped breakfast so I could have eaten more. :) The service was also great - super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.”

“What a fantastic place! This is the kind of coffee shop atmosphere I wish I had near me in Hanover. There is plenty of seating and space available, which is a huge bonus in my book. I always feel like shops like this have such minimal seating and this is definitely not the case here. The breakfast I had was so delicious and very reasonably priced. I am not a coffee drinker, but they had a delightful selection of loose leaf teas that I rather enjoyed. I was there on a Saturday morning and got to experience the live music. I am typically not a huge fan of live music in the dining setting (since it can be loud and overpowering), but I really enjoyed the music while I was there. We sat very close to the stage and it was really pleasant to have the music in the background. I highly recommend giving this place a try and I will certainly be going back myself!”
