Stacie has been helpful in every way in finding the perfect gift for my family and her communication skills and networking are exceptional which the quality and workmanship are pristinely presented. There are multiple talented artists creating original customized gifts so that each are unique. And since they are hand crafted and personalized, no two people receive the same one. I had a dream catcher made that no one had ever seen before, it’s a show stopper! I took my daughter into the shop and we walked out with a handful of one of a kind items that would never be found in this community just walking into a store. Stacie went above and beyond and located someone to hand knit a few customized Christmas stockings when someone else backed out at the last minute. Stacie has saved the day on multiple occasions and custom wrapped everything for me. “It’s been stressful moving. A lot of the storage places have no more space. I happen to come across Life Storage and I decided to place a reservation. Kim from Life Storage called me within minutes after the reservation, but I was unable to pick up. I tried to return and left a voicemail. I assumed I’d probably won’t here back after the weekend. She attempted to call me again as she was about to leave for the day. She was very pleasant and informative. She happily answered all questions since I’ve never rented a unit before. Today, I met with the manager to complete the process and Kim left him notes so he’s aware of what’s going on. He showed me to the unit and I was impressed by the customer service received with Kim and the manager.”

“The guys at Dave's Marine are the most helpful guys in the area. My company does alot of marine surveying with small boats in dangerous environments and damage our boats on occasion due to the shallow waters we operate in. Dave's Marine was able to get us back on the water everytime in less than 24 hours which is huge in our industry where one day down can cost us greatly. His staff was able to do two 100 hr services, change a lower unit shaft, order and install new props and get us running in roughly 12 hrs one day. Great service but where they went over the top is when I came to pick up my car Tom was awesome he answered all my questions and more about my battery. Tom even came out side to my car in the freezing cold (when he didn’t have to ) to show me how I can jump my battery, since my battery is deeper in my car and cover by a few things. “Commonwealth Business Furniture is a model business in the Richmond area. They have a very wide variety of office furniture at almost 7,000 chairs and dozens of workstations in-house. Everyone there is incredibly helpful and willing to help you get what you need. I purchased two Steelcase Leap chairs and before I picked them up they were steam-cleaned, wiped down, and the pistons were lubricated. Additionally, John notified me that the chairs have a 30-day money-back guarantee and a two-year warranty. I did have an issue with the pistons hanging on both of the chairs, but when I got in touch with John he offered to either have two other chairs brought to my house (which is forty-five minutes away from the shop) or send someone out to take a look at them. I ended up bringing the chairs back myself because I was in the area and John personally took a look at them. I ended up swapping out for the other chairs but wanted to swap out the backing and armrests on the chairs; John ensured that this was no problem and his skilled employees made quick work of the adjustments. Needless to say John and his employees are devoted to providing quality products, providing a quality customer experience, and making sure that things are done right.
