They were able to get me in on the day I called, both Chris and Ken were friendly and helpful, and Ken went out of his way to help me with some potential future car care issues. Previously, they had also fixed a flat for free before they closed on a Saturday, which was greatly appreciated. And that's what led me to them today. We own a small business and know how important accurate reviews are to prospective customers. It's disappointing how few businesses offer pleasant and useful customer service. We will be seeing more of these guys in the future - and that's not something I say very often.”

“We had these folks fix a transmission in our boat. They removed the transmission, allowed us to use the yard truck to get the unit serviced at TransAtlantic and they rapidly replaced the transmission. We broke down on a Wednesday morning, and were back in operation by Saturday afternoon. Their price was very reasonable. Lee is a good mechanic, and all the folks there are great. They have an impressive skill set. Since they build boats, they can do fiberglass work, carpentry, mechanical, and electrical.”

“Stopped here no 8/2/19. Hadn't been to a Flying J in years. The entire place was spotless! Excellent gas prices. The clerk that waited on me was an older gentleman who was SO polite and helpful. I just stopped in for gas and to use the restroom (it was spotless too) but the food I saw looked pretty good. And all of the merchandise was nicely displayed. (Sometimes when you go into a travel plaza, everything is messy and food looks like it has been sitting out all day, and very unappetizing. Not here!) I would recommend to anyone needing to stop in the area, to choose this plaza.”
