“I went to Valero was having every issue in the world today already and was about out of gas. I could not use my card so I went inside and the assistant manager Jessica went above and beyond called my bank which had put a fraud hold on my account because I was traveling and didnt notify them. The end result was the hold was lifted and I was on my way! This is also by far the cleanest store I went to traveling from PA to FL. “Mr. Dexter came for a second opinion after having been told we needed an acid neutralizer and water softener. He tested our water on the spot and said it was perfect and we needed absolutely nothing. He also informed us that the water pressure tank we currently have is in good working order, whereas the plumber who came yesterday also said it needed replaced due to its size. That plumber did not even test it, only looked at it. Mr. Dexter went above and beyond with the information we needed and was very honest. We will definitely be using him again, if the need ever arises and will for sure be recommending him to anyone who needs plumbing services.”

“This is one of my favorite 7Eleven stores to visit. Customer service is always outstanding. Just the other day I came into the store with a huge line and one cashier name Marvin who was doing a excellent job with each customer. The line was going smoothly and then Marvin received an call from a lady who was screaming and demanding him to stop what he was doing to put her two pizza in the oven and she would come up there and pay using her EBT card. The reason why I know how she was going to pay is because once he was explaining he would be able to do so once the line went down and advised her to come into the store she hung up. By the time, I got all my items I wanted to purchase and Marvin is checking me out. This rude lady storms in the store charges at him asking for his managers name and again demanding him to stop what he is doing to focus on her having a bad day and she want her two pizzas and will pay with her EBT card. This lady didn't once say excuse me to neither one of us. As Marvin finished my transaction and told me to have a great day. I get in my car and see how she is yelling at this hard working cashier and treating him. Which isn't okay to do. Now at this time it's other customers staring at this lady as Marvin is putting her two pizza's together. I walk back in the store and asked him what is your name sir? He kindly replied "Marvin". I wanted to take the time out to say Marvin, Thank you so much for providing my family and myself outstanding customer service standards. You truly faced a negative situation with an horrible customer and you still remained professional and still conducted yourself with the standards of 7Eleven as their employee. We will truly be back again because of you, when we visit Viriginia.”

They promptly arrive just after 12 and the issue was fix in about 30 minutes ( a bad capacitor) and it cost me about 125.00 .
