He really listened to our questions and needs and took so much time with us going over every detail of the trucks he showed us, even though it was freezing cold outside! Awesome salesman! A few days later we returned to pick it up and Salesman Nick handled the delivery. He did an awesome job of walking us through all of the details of the mechanics of driving this awesome truck! We are senior citizens who are not very tech savvy, but Nick was so patient with explaining all the dashboard controls in such a manner so as not to rush us, and made sure all the options were explained. We left feeling confident of our abilities and are thoroughly enjoying our new vehicle. Nick is a warm considerate man and we so appreciated his help!”

The operator (an ex-Marine with a quick wit) made fast work of finding the second opening to the tank (I had located one) and proceeded to complete the job at what I felt was a reasonable cost. Although I may actually need additional work done on the old septic system (first installed in 1964) - I sure could and will recommend Marshall's to others.”

“Big fan of this business. Very good communication from the staff to let me know when car is in service, ready for pick up, and inform me of issues with my vehicle. No pressure or scare tactics from the staff when suggesting recommended services. I did not require it this time, but they have offered to me a ride home when dropping off my vehicle. I live locally, and I am sure there are distance limitations, but that is going the extra mile for their customers and it is much appreciated.”
