Between my friend & I we called several vets and because I didn't have enough money then turned me away. I called Lee's Hill & they told me to bring her in & they would help me. She saved my Paisley's life! She was very informative and had great bed side manners. She made my dog feel comfortable and my dog took to her right away. The staff is also amazing! They are just as informative and helpful. Amazing customer service! I am moving back to Maryland in a month & even after I move I am making this my vets office. Definitely worth the travel.”

“I first went to tidewater trail animal Hospital several years ago when I adopted two cats from the Fredericksburg SPCA. At that time the doctors and tecs were very friendly and took their time with my cats. The thing that I really appreciated is that it was apparent they really cared and did not try to run unnecessary tests to run up the bill which seems to be typical of many veterinary offices. I recently adopted another cat and chose to get her vaccinations at Tidewater Trail Animal Hospital. I'm not sure if the staff has changed, but it had a different feel. It wasn't a bad experience at all, just different. I continue to bringing my pets to Tidewater Trail.”

“I want to leave a post and praise Ferry Farm Animal Clinic. My kids and I were just in major panic mode as our oldest dog caught our husky puppy chewing on an ornament. She snatched it from the puppy because she's mother hen and tries to keep her out of trouble. Well when she snatched it she ended up getting it wedged between her teeth and into her gums. We we're unable to get it out ourselves and she was desperately scratching at the roof of her mouth to free it. I called Ferry Farm knowing it's close to closing time and asked if they could squeeze her in, they did! We rushed her in all panicky and they took her back immediately and within a few minutes returned her back to us as good as new. I feel they deserve praise for being so caring and willing to take an desperate animal in so close to closing time and helping her right away. As well as the fact they didn't charge me for their efforts. I truly appreciate their time and help. I feel like most clinics would have still charged for a rush visit and or made you wait a bit but they we're wonderful to us and we truly appreciated it. My family and I have used Ferry Farm for over 20 years and today reassured me they truly are the best in the area.”
