Gene communicated with us constantly, very reasonable in price, he was always prompt and we were impressed the lenghts that he and his crew made to ensure that none of the current work impacted other parts of our home. When Gene initially consulted with us we were very impressed with his knowledge and experience. He made suggestions that we had not thought of and couldnt imagine not having these features. The price he quoted did not change (awesome price) and he communicated with us thru out on different options and ways we could trim costs. (He was aware that we had a tight budget) Some of the work was sub contracted out (ex. tile floor) and everyone Gene sent to our house was top-notch. I, 100% recommend GC Contracting for a remodeling job. I will be contacting him again when we are ready to remodel our kitchen or the other bathroom.”

“They restored the front and rear bumper pads on my 1990 Lincoln Mark VII show car. The pads are no longer available and impossible to find. I explained what I needed, they matched the color perfectly and did the rear first. I was so pleased I booked an appointment the following week to do the front. They are 100 miles round trip from my home, and it was well worth the 2 trips. I showed the car in Beckley, WV this past weekend and the judges asked where I found new bumper pads. “Dr. Billings was absolutely marvelous. Very calm and comforting. Very patient and took a lot of time talking with me afterwards. He was not in any kind of hurry. I appreciated how he treated me. Monica roomed me. She was marvelous, friendly and professional. I would have rated this with five stars except for the LPN who works with Dr. Billings, Pam LPN, was absolutely horrible to me. No bedside manner. She was extremely rude. She kept rushing me. I walk with a cane and I have a difficult time moving my left leg. I’m a bit slow but not that slow. She was giving me orders like a drill sergeant. I finally told her I have to take my time because I can’t really move my left leg. She was very cold, unfriendly, and really trying to rush me. I did speak to her about it. She definitely needs customer service training. One day she won’t be so fast and she will need somebody to help her and to be patient with her. But let me repeat again, Dr. Billings is fabulous.”

You order at the counter, mostly family operated and after going back up to order more meatballs, (friends daughter loved them!), found out that the owner migrated from Italy over 30 years ago and now his daughter and granddaughter work there daily. Will definitely come back and recommend if your in the area. 4 stars out of 5 stars for dated interior and recommend owner to update.”
