“I should have written this review sooner, since R&D fixed our screened porch roof several months ago, but time got away from me. I did not want to miss letting others know what a wonderful company this is. We had our porch built by someone who turned out to be not only a poor craftsman, but also a dishonest and unscrupulous person. When the roof continually leaked, we had him come out numerous times, but he just didn't seem to be able to fix it (or perhaps he just didn't really care). We sought legal advice, sent him letters, etc., but he didn't respond. Obviously, we had to hire someone else to fix the roof, which required tearing it completely off and building a new one. We had a number of estimates, which varied greatly in price (and somewhat, in technique, as well). I finally called Ray at R&D, after reading excellent reviews online and seeing his A+ rating on BBB. I am so totally relieved that we chose this company. They did a fabulous job, and his price was very reasonable. After the work was done, it rained heavily, and the roof did leak. I called Ray on a Friday, and his crew was there the next morning to fix the leak. That was in March (almost 4 months ago) and it has not leaked since. The roof looks great, and our troubles with this whole situation are over. I cannot recommend R&D Roofing enough. I will definitely use this company again anytime I need a roof built or repaired.”

“The washers and dryer work great. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to purchase a laundry card and pre-load money onto it. For a one-time use of the machines, this can be hard because it means you may end up with money on the card you never use. That being said, we loaded $11 onto the card (it’s an initial $1, then you have to choose between amounts of $1, $5, $10, $20) and were able to do all the laundry we needed. With that we did two small loads of wash, and threw everything into the big dryers. You get 25 minutes of drying free, which was all we needed to have everything be done! The staff is cheerful and was incredible kind and helpful for me as I tried to figure out how it all worked! My rising kindergartner made friends before the school year while attending summer camp (they pack in SO much fun its amazing!). “Fantastic dive shop. I came in with a bunch of questions about dive training and Chris answered every one of them. I signed up for open water dive training with Gary. He was wonderful and patient. He is very personable and puts everyone at ease. Gary was patient with me and was able to calm me down and helped me face my fears and perform the task successfully. Flooded masks suck by the way. By the time he was done I was able to take my mask off underwater and put it back on calmly and correctly. It is obvious Gary loves what he does. I look forward to many more dives with this shop.”
