Jim picked up and walked me through how to turn off the valve, etc. Within a couple of hours Jim was over my house replacing the heater and we had hot water that night! “We rented the stretch Cadillac Escalade to tour Christmas lights this weekend (Dec 11. 2021). Howard was our driver. WOW! What a great time! Howard was so much fun! We could tell he can be "the professional" if you wanted him to be, but he became part of our party and added to our fun. The limo was very clean - the drive was nice and Stacy at the office (such a pleasant and accomodating person!!) worked with us since we weren't really sure where we wanted to go or what we wanted to do! I HIGHLY recommend this service for anyone who wants fun and friendly service! The only thing - make sure you bring ice. We had the limo for 3 hours and ran out. But we still had so much fun and can't thank J&J Limos enough, including Mike, the owner, for such great service and pleasant accommodations!! This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!”

“We went to every mattress store in Williamsburg and this was the best place to shop! The employee that helped us was very nice. He gave us a short lesson about how The Original Mattress Factory makes their mattresses and then showed us a few mattresses he thought we would like based on what we told him we were looking for. After showing us each mattress, he would walk away and busy himself with something at his desk so that we didn't feel uncomfortable laying down on the mattresses. He was a great salesman and he knew what to do to make us feel as comfortable as possible. I don't think we will ever buy a mattress from any other store again!”
