“I sent my Silver Reed carriage to them by mail, bc I live in Vermont. It stopped knitting jacquard properly, kept adding stitches with the wrong color, and did not knit anything that was wider than 140 stitches at all. The technician Philip got to see it within 2 weeks, changed the magnets, and I believe there was something else. I got it back and everything is working, knitting like a brand new carriage! Very good job for a good price!”
