“My sister moved to Windsor Gardens three years ago when she was happy alert and still able to walk. She raved about Michael, the director, and loved being there. As she declined and required more care, Michael made sure everyone participated in a new approach to her care and it was obvious from the reports through my niece who visited her weekly that she was well cared for and happy. In her final days my nieces kept me posted on her as COVID 19 pandemic prevented my visitation. She continued to be alert and as lively as can be expected until her passing a few weeks ago. My own visits to her with my brother and other family members a past year, assured us she could not have had a better care home. Thank you to Michael and all his staff for being the best second family she could wish for.”
