“I started going here in July 2018 and have never had a better place to worship, I love how they work together to further the kingdom . It's real disappointing how some of the neighbors in the area seem to dislike the church . They do have a School 5 days a week in the basement of the church that has been going for 45 years that could be some of the unwanted noise , what a blessing that ministry has been to so many family's. I know the Pastor and the congregation only want to bless those in the neighborhood not annoy them. I personally think this church body is the way church is supposed to be done , lifting each other up and encouraging one another to better serve the Lord together. “I have never attended a more welcoming church as Father Tom’s Good Shepherd Episcopal Church. I have found both services, the early morning traditional service and the 2nd less formal service, equally enjoyable, instructive and comfortable to attend. The music is top notch and there are multiple opportunities to grow through participation and service if you are interested in getting to know the folks there a little better. I invite everyone who is looking to deepen their spirituality with a friendly, nurturing and active congregation to visit Good Shepherd Episcopal. “I came here on a Sunday morning for the Sunday service after reading about this place on Google. I actually was surprised because I was greeted right at the door and they had somebody direct me to the English service which is really nice and I thought welcomes right away because I had just moved to the area and actually didn’t know anyone. The service itself wasn’t super full but the people there were all very nice and they had a guest speaker because a pastor actually is being scouted right now. they had a nice worship session before the service and then after the service there was Sunday school where people discussed the sermon. It was really nice because I also got free lunch since it was my first time and got to sit and talk to some of the folks here. Overall I would probably come back again and get another people here more because it’s nice to have an Asian community in Vancouver.”
