The employees are always nice and actually clean the dirt off of your car prior to the wash.

Great value when compared to others. They pre-clean with brushes and scrub you down before sending you through the gauntlet. Fewer spots missed with this technique. The approach is a bit tight for longer vehicles, you have to make a pretty sharp right hand turn then line up your wheels, but they do a great job of helping you on the approach. Will continue to use Clausens as my vehicle was more clean than other car washes.
