(January 28, 2016, 5:51 pm)My daughter and I did the Saturday morning class and it was delightful! She enjoyed the stretching but mostly loved doing it together. Alicia is a very confident and patient instructor, she answered questions and helped correct body posture when it was being performed incorrectly. The end of class was fun for the little ones- a special yoga bowl that made sounds and some cool GI Joe yoga figurines to play with. Definitely recommend for some relaxing parent/child time!
