Cashiers at all stations needed and the associates on the floor were very helpful! That's the second time I've went in there and got excellent service past experiences have not been so great. I will shop there again because of this!

I love this Home Depot. I’ve been here a lot... a lot, a lot... every time, I have been treated to excellent customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly also willing to drop what they are doing to assist you. The store is clean and organized and pretty good indicators so you can find what you need.

Ask any staff member any obscure question and they will immediately tell you oh that's on aisles 23 left hand side half way down . That's how awsome your staff is.

No lines in the morning. Seemed to be well stocked. Was about to get in get what i needed and get out. No more hour long line to get in. Maybe i just hit it at the right time. Went Tuesday morning. Self-checkout machine was able to gave me change.

I want to recognize one of Home Depot Vancouver on Andresen's employees. His name is Simon and he works in the electrical department. But that is not the only department he knows. My husband and I were picking up some electrical supplies for a project coming up at our home and we did not have a CLUE as to what we were looking for. Simon absolutely took his time, walked us through everything on my list (and it was a full page of items) until everything was in our cart. We needed some additional plumbing items and he took us to the correct isle and fixed us up there as well. Simon went WAY above and beyond. He is truly an asset to your store. Thank you Simon.
