“Listen here folks. There are problems here and there with any apartment or house. It's how it's handled that I would give 5 stars, and my experience has been very good for my few years of living here. I'm not expecting a perfect problem free building, with problem free maintenance/management. That's just not realistic. With that, whenever there was an issue with my unit, they have been able to resolve it in a timely manner. I have had no issues of disrespect with management. In fact, it's quite the opposite. They are very kind and work very hard to make sure we are getting what we need.”
