(April 12, 2022, 5:32 pm)I had a great experience with the Puyallup location and with 1-800-Pack-Rat so far. I had my first container delivered right on time. They had a shortage of employees and had a guy from CA try pick up the carrier, and he failed and made a mess in the driveway.
But then Collin Bergman, who delivered the carrier flawlessly, came to the rescue and loaded the container on his truck in less than 20 minutes.
GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE AND A PROMOTION! HE'S AMAZING!
I have another container coming for the rest of our stuff and I am going to call and insist they only send Collin for delivery and pickup. He made the good impression.
