I emailed Justin with an issue and he promptly responded. He was extremely busy (and booked up) and couldn't get to my place for several days/weeks. He asked several questions and relayed some information that helped me resolve the issue myself.
Justin was quick to respond, fit us in to a reasonable timeframe, did the job well, and cleaned up afterwards.
