“Absolutely amazing first impression. I am apartment hunting and I showed up to do a tour and was greeted with a sign that they were doing appointments only for tours. I called right away, and Jameson was just amazing. He told me the leasing manager was booked today and was out currently doing tours. As he began taking my info to schedule my appointment we began talking and I explained my expectations and my experience I've been having today with other apartments I've looked at so far. He started telling me about the apt community and as he could sense my excitement for my apt the next day, he offered to tour with me today. He took me on a tour of the apartments that were available and we discussed the floor plans that interest me. I felt so welcomed.
