I have been a customer at this AT&T location for 7 years hadn’t done a review because this store had poor customer service.

Today I went to preorder for the new iPhone and to add a new line to my service . As soon as I walked in the lady welcomed and greeted me. She was so helpful, made this process so easy . Was in and out within minutes. she definitely deserves a recognition for going above and beyond to assist her clients needs!!!!

I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and helped me with all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommend giving them a visit for all of your AT&T needs!

Anthony always provides us with the best customer service. He has gone above and beyond since we switched to AT&T and despite the few hiccups we've encountered with account issues and the service itself, he has gone out of his way to resolve each and every issue accordingly. Hands down - one of the best experiences at AT&T. I came into the store wanting to discontinue to my plan and switch to another provider- I walked out with 3 upgrades and even open another line!!! The store staff was amazing but KATY was incredibly knowledgeable, and easy to work with! She was able to listen to all of my concerns and had an answer for everything! She was professional. She deserve all the credit and any promotion or internal kudos. We will spread the word around that this location is amazing! Thank you so much KATY!!!
