“I rented two lifts in total for the same project from NW Equipment (NWE) and I was completely impressed with their service. Anyone can rent you a machine, but how they rent it to you is where NWE shines. I called in a couple different times for various reasons and no matter who picked up the phone, it took them only a moment to look me up and already seem to have an understanding of who I was, what equipment I had, etc. The staff all seemed very in tune with each other and it made a hell of a difference in continuity when having a discussion. Not only would I recommend them, but I will be coming back to them myself, as they have now captured all of my future rental business going forward. These guys just get it.”

Even though we also have a refrigerator that provides ice and cold water, we prefer to use this machine because it does a much better job of providing clean water. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Then I met Justin, the hearing aid technician. Talk about knowledgeable! He’s been doing this for 16 years now, plus he has a great sense of humor as well. He tested my hearing, gave me a ton of information and all the options of hearing aids to choose from. He even let me take a pair home to try them out, then ordered me a new pair and custom fitted them to my ears. I ended up choosing the best quality hearing aids that they offer. Yes, they were expensive, but how can you put a price on your hearing? Especially after years of saying “what?” All day long. I’ve also been back a couple of times for service and they are always happy to help. I am very happy that I chose this location, based on the friendliness and the knowledge of the people here. It seemed every customer in the store was particularly aggravated for no reason, and the two staff members working were forced to babysit more than actually fulfill their duties. Once back in the parking lot, the occupants of the vehicle next to me were actively smoking (we aren’t talking tobacco or green, here…) in their car, making my battery test a bit more odiferous than planned.
