His facilities were clean and comfortable. I have been rehabbing a sore Achilles and he showed me band work and stretches to care for it. I'll happily go back and couldn't recommend ESSE Fitness more highly.

(November 1, 2020, 4:03 pm)Have been training with Jonathan and ESSE Fitness for about 5 months now. I have dropped about 12% body fat when I started at 24% and am now down to around 12%. I have more knowledge of my fitness, nutrition and biohacks then I ever thought I would know. Jonathan is an incredibly motivating and encouraging trainer who pushes me to be my best in all things. I am proud to call him one of my closest friends and a brother.
