“I started attending Mommy's Fit Zone classes 4 months after having my 3rd baby. I initially went to one class a week, but a few weeks in, I was addicted and attending all 3 classes each week. Thearany's classes are always very challenging and I love the strength component of her classes and have gotten really toned since starting these classes. Each class is different so we never get bored. I like that we get to use dumbbelss and do HIIT, Tabata and running. And all the other mom's are really friendly, so I feel like I'm just spending an hour with friends rather than working out. I highly recommend these classes to anyone with a baby who still wants to get a good workout!”
