“I ordered a phone from Xfinity and sighed when I saw it was to be delivered by Fed Ex. It sat in Indianapolis for five days so I cancelled that order and just got a replacement. Now Fed Ex tried to deliver it while I’m at work and said I need to go pick it up in downtown with all the rush hour traffic because the phone needs a signature. It was originally supposed to be delivered on a day I could actually be there to sign for it. But I need the phone so I can take it back to Xfinity to get my money back. What a nightmare. I always have issues with Fed Ex. Always! Update: after going to the site to pick up the package, I’m changing my rating. The guy there was really nice, there wasn’t a line, and they got my box really quickly. It’s not the fault of this location that the box was delayed.”
