Black Lion has a responsive and knowledgeable sales representative. With their competitive price and earlier installation schedule, it wasn’t hard for me to choose them over others. The installation was on time and professional. Strongly recommend!

Service provided was for a residential house. Nick was promptly on time. He was both courteous and professional. Nick worked cleanly and with expertise. Highly recommended.

Joey and Cole did awesome job installing new water heater and new furnace! They came on time, did careful measurement, and finished the job quickly. They provided me concrete and helpful suggestions when I wanted to add new vent in the bedroom. They also helped me install Nest Thermostats while I was out for food. The only thing is they really shouldn't skip lunch for their hard work :)

Jamie also deserves an applause. He provided lots of advice when he came to get an estimate and he explained in very much details about different systems.

The guy that came today (Nick) was great --- clear, efficient, talking to him gave me a lot of confidence that he knew just what he was about.
