(August 11, 2023, 3:18 pm)Really happy I chose 9Round to get back in shape. Workouts are quick, but intense and deliver results. The coaches are helpful and a lot of fun! It works well with busy schedules because it only takes 30 minutes with no set class times, who doesn’t have 30 minutes to spare? I also am doing personal training and have also thoroughly enjoyed those sessions!

(August 10, 2023, 12:01 pm)I started my fitness journey Memorial Day weekend. I cannot imagine not going to workout at 9 Round Maple Valley. The trainers are all super friendly and genuinely care about their clients. The workout is fantastic and I love that it changes daily, so I'm never bored with routine.

(August 1, 2023, 2:56 pm)I had been in and out of different workout routines since I graduated highschool 11 years ago....but I could never quite find something that gripped me and kept me motivated, while having fun. This is 9Round. I have never done a workout that has had me working THIS hard and having so much FUN at the same time. I love it, the trainers are awesome. Owners are amazing. I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone.
