Have been corresponding with her in regards to becoming a potential tenant and she has gone above and beyond to make sure to keep me in the loop with things. Returns all my calls and emails in a timely manner. The rating for her service I feel is inaccurate. She has been nothing but resourceful and communication has been 100% since day one prior to my interest in the units. I definitely recommend.
