Miri's at Golden Gardens

At the end of my long run on Saturdays, I get a coffee and a bottle of water here. It's a nice little eatery at Golden Gardens. Nice to have coffee available. Nearly always coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup.

I could go on and on about Miri’s! What a gem of a place, and we are so lucky to have them right at Golden Gardens! Our little family of 3 always orders lunch here when we’re at the beach, and we’ve never been disappointed. The meat kebabs are delicious, as are the roasted veggies, and the tahini is very flavorful. And the potterjes!!! Oh my goodness!! Get them with Nutella and prepare to ascend to the heavens! Their online ordering system is very convenient, and I truly can’t believe how on top of it they are in terms of churning orders out quickly and accurately and the masses with the masses of people who come by. Thank you to all their hard-working staff for creating and preparing such amazing food!!

On their face, I agree with the reviews below it's a bit expensive for what you get, but it's completely understandable considering the costs of the location, and the Seattle food scene in general not being the cheapest. Therefore I give it 5 stars as it lives up to my expectations.

Most venues monopolizing such attraction-centric locations do the bare minimum above merely siphoning off the incessant flow of hungry visitors with no alternative. This one actually makes good stuff.

Unique Beach eats. You pay a premium for the convenience, but when you really need some delicious chicken kebab to balance out your beachtime lunching, Miri's is a high quality option.

We catered a lunch at the park through Miri’s and were blown away by the kindness of the staff and beautiful food! It tasted delicious and look gorgeous and everyone in attendance commented on how amazing it was as well. Miri was responsive and easy to work with in planning the menu and ensuring the freshness of the food. Love that they support local farmers and markets. What a wonder and surprising little shop on the beach!
