Kim was very kind, quick to communicate, and happy to explain everything going on with my car & options for services. She was patient with all my followup questions, and also advised me of something to look out for that I hadn't noticed, without trying to pressure me to take care of it immediately. It's my first time owning a car so I was looking for a place that wouldn't take advantage of that-- I'm so grateful my friend recommended M&K to me! Absolutely will recommend to everyone I know. My only regret is that I didn't get to meet their sweet doggy, but I'll definitely be back for all my future car repairs, so fingers crossed :)”
