Lovely gardens and little park. Sadly the restroom facility is torn down now.
Bradner Gardens Park is the sort of calm, cool green space every neighborhood deserves to have: a pea patch and a basketball court that gives equal weight to work and play as outlets for enjoyment.
A beautiful, well-tended and thoughtfully laid-out city oasis with a covered picnic gazebo and lots of semi-private spots for a few people to sit and chat. Especially gorgeous right now! There's a stunning white cherry in full bloom in the southeast corner and an amazing sea of dusky purple hellebores along the eastern walking path.
Beautiful park, although it is mostly a P-Patch. The gardeners have in my experience always been super friendly and talkative if you ask them about what I they're growing. There's a gazebo in the middle for picnicking. The gazebo has a plug for charging phones, although at the time of writing this (6/10/17), it is covered and locked.
There are walking paths around the park so you can view the plants and flowers, which is super pleasant in the late spring and summer.
The bathroom facilities have always been clean in my experience, although at least the men's bathroom does not have a closing/locking door for the sit-down toilet, so make sure you shout if you hear someone else approaching!
Overall a great park for picnicking and walking around, although probably not one you'd return to frequently if you don't have a plot for gardening there.
