“I’ve been renting a PO Box for three months and couldn’t be happier with the service! It’s affordable, convenient, and secure. My problem is always receiving packages at home when I’m not present so having a mail storage unit gives me a sense of security that my packages are in good hands. Hope is always present and cheerful when handing me my packages and Gunner is quite a joy to be around. I couldn’t recommend a better and affordable facility in the Fremont area. 🙂”

“Sign-up is relatively straightforward and staff are courteous and helpful. Facility is in good condition and clean and some maintenance-type updates were done in recent years in some areas, though they may not be visible to you. There were a couple of security incidences apparently in 2020 or 2021 but the facility tightened up access procedures/times and that reportedly resolved the issue. Easy drive-in access into the facility with cars and small to medium size moving trucks; the exit out the side door can be a bit tricky to maneuver with a vehicle due to interior concrete columns, watch out and go slow! In mid-fall 2021 they had some issues with one of the two elevators to the storage units but I believe those have been fixed.”

“Very reasonable prices for the city. Check their website for prices. Just 20 minutes from downtown. Manager is friendly and professional. They have carts you can use to haul your stuff in and out. Good security with cameras and sign in log. There is a U-haul place across the street which is convenient.”
