“The owner, Jill, is so nice! Jill's new location is now on Leschi instead of Greenlake, but I liked it because it worked out my core more to do the movements. I did the SUP Yoga Flow SOL Yoga at 11AM and it was the perfect time! The sun was out and not too hot and there weren't too many boats. She is very respectful of the COVID-19 regulations and keeps everyone safe! Which is great! She even had ziploc bags to hold on to your masks until you get into the water.”
