My overall visit was pleasant. He was kind, explained the details well and ensure procedures go smoothly and efficient. He has flexible schedule, process information quickly and stay responsive for any questions and concerns. At first I was worried about the negative reviews but the visit made me realised it could be biased as ppl are more likely to make reviews after negative experiences rather than a neutral one.
