“My mother spent several years in their long-term care wing and was treated very well. The staff were attentive and called whenever they needed direction on her care or had recommendations. They also took her for outside doctor appointments as needed. Then early this year, my mother's health was failing badly at 91 and was moved to their Hospice wing. As I live across the country, this was the period when I spent the most time at the Kline Galland facility and got to see the day-to-day workings, as well as get to know the staff, close up. I was extremely impressed and thankful for the care the kind staff (e.g., Marna, Kayla, Angelica, Kelly, Jennifer and many others) provided. Thank you so very much for providing such loving care to a frail (and sometimes difficult!) woman. ♥”
