“I called Eagle Computers asking if I could bring my PC in. I had disassembled it to clean out the dust and when I reassembled it, it was boot looping. He informed me that he didn't have a storefront and offered to help me over the phone. We troubleshot for 16 minutes via telephone and he was extremely helpful. It's been a year and I am so grateful for the experience so far with the School. The instructor for my daughter was the perfect match, fun, encouraging, dynamic, creative, and always nurturing to promote practices at home. My daughter adores her teacher and she has made so much progress in one year playing such a delicate instrument. She recently gave our neighbors (an elderly couple) from the backyard a 20 min concert, including Allelujah, Ode to Joy, Gloria from Vivaldi, and Happy Birthday. Those moments were priceless for all of us.
