Dr. Carstensen was extremely knowledgable, open and watching him work is pretty much the definition of a seasoned professional. He is also very funny and light-hearted, which puts patients at great ease in what can be an uneasy situation. What was also noticeable was the competency of the other staff members. My biggest takeaway is that the team synchronicity there is very strong and they are very good at transitioning the different topics of care with the correct staff member who knows most about it. From the assistant to the front desk, all were very helpful and could answer all of my questions with patience and confidence. All in all, I accomplished what I need to have done that day, and had some pleasant conversations and a few laughs along the way. Couldn't ask for more.”

“This is the Adult Family Home you want your grandma/grandpa, your parents and loved ones to be at. The care given there is like family, they take care of your loved ones and treat them like family. The food is made from scratch and taste amazing. Which provides a healthy body for them. The view is a view worth seeing again and again. There are 6 rooms for the elderly and 3 bathrooms. The Adult Family Home has a beautiful front yard and a big back yard. After seeing this place and the thing that they do, you might even want to stay here yourself.”
