I was not new to exercise but lacked knowledge on good weight training technique and needed to know where to start. That's when I came across Maria on Google. Maria is an exceptional fitness trainer as well as a registered dietitian. When we first began, she developed a personal fitness regime and talked me through a good diet plan to reach my health goals. Maria has in depth knowledge of every body part and helped design a personalized exercise plan. She is very detailed oriented and taught me the proper technique for every exercise. During her assessment she found the areas that I personally needed to improve. She added a lot of exercises for my core and strength. She gave me exercises to improve my hip mobility and that helped with my flexibility and knee problems. She also influenced, made me aware and conscious of what I eat. She shared easy and quick recipes with simple everyday ingredients. Maria is also a very easy person to talk to and extremely reachable and prompt. I feel now I can independently follow my workout plan. I look at exercise in a different light now and it doesn't bore or tire me anymore. I feel much better around my hip and my flexibility has improved with each day. I am also reaching my weight loss goals. This has been a productive experience for me. “Love love the dentist and staff here. They are absolutely amazing. Very patient with children even the most resistant. I read a post about him not caring about his minority patients and I just don’t believe that to be true. We are an African American family and the dentist and his staff have always been super sweet and accommodating for us. My, son is on the spectrum and the patients of his entire team is absolutely phenomenal. We have been with him over 2 years now. We live about an hour from Sammamish now and still make the drive because he’s that good.”

“I wasn’t expecting to go to treatment. I had a good friend who did an intervention on me. I was vary out of it the first week but Lakeside Milam took good care of me to get me through the withdrawals and then keep me occupied for the next 28 days. I feel better than I have in years and feel hope again. The staff did the best they could with the limited staff dealing with 80 people detoxing at once. Most of the counselors were good at their jobs and the psychologists were tremendous. I would recommend either going to treatment here or referring a friend.💪🏼”
