They are genuinely cared for by staff and every child makes progress immediately. The kids work on social skills, following directions, managing emotions, body awareness, feeding, academic skills, and so much more. My parents absolutely love their apartment, the staff, the other residents, all the activities, the shuttles, the onsite hair and nail services, and more! To top it all off, the application fee and monthly rent are very reasonable (actually, quite low compared to the quality of the building, food and support). You won't find a better place for independent living the Seattle area.”

“The only problem with this place is you have to have at least 2 hours to do the initial intake, and then some of the other assessments they do toward your care require at a minimum a few hours as well. Once you go through this process though it's pretty painless to get regular weekly appointments scheduled. They also offer group classes to help with therapy while you're waiting to get all of that sorted out. All in all it's worth it once you get passed the first hurdle. I also like that you have a care team and everyone works together to help you with your care.”
