“We used Cascadia Pizza's catering service for our New Year corporate event, and they provide excellent service, and a stiff drink perfect for ringing in the new year. The customer service leading up to the event was very thorough, and professional as well. They made planning for this event much smoother then most party planning. Upon arrival they were very efficient, self driven, and need very little direction from us. The food was impeccable, and they offered many accommodating options. As I mentioned their bar service was wonderful as well, with specialty cocktails, and plenty of beer and wine services. I would definitely use their catering services in the future.”

“My daughter and I went there one day and were absolutely satisfied by the food and service. We went back a second time, but after I donated plasma the first time. Unfortunately I ended up passing out at the restaurant. My husband and daughter said the service during that visit was beyond exceptional. They were very kind and helpful and got our food packed up. My daughter and I went again yesterday and still the food is so good. The Bao is the best I have ever had. I had hot pot there on the first visit and my mouth was getting hit with so many amazing flavors. Best place ever. Thank you”

“Authenticity to the nines. - You don't get a menu, the keeper of the inn tells you what's available for the night. - They don't have soda pop, they have a good variety of wines, ales, meads, and spiced grape juice if you prefer something non alcoholic. - You get a number of courses during the evening. The meat and cheese and fruit plate was my personal favorite. - The deserts are not super sweat. They really cook from medieval recipes, sugar was a luxury. - The dinning room has a big open fireplace with a fire going. - The tableware is either pewter or stoneware that I imagine is made in the village. - During dinner there was a minstrel who sang three songs. All of these things add up to a very authentic experience. If you're not ready to take a step back in time and enjoy the excursion into the middle ages, maybe take a chance or take a pass. But if you are looking for a bit of fun and something other than the norm, be sure to visit. I will try to attend one of their feasts in the future, All Hallows or Yule would be fun! Update: I got to participate in their Yule feast and it was fantastic. The food was wonderful, roast onion, pears and cheese, sauced pork, almond fritters, meat pies, I'm salivating now just thinking of it all. You get a lot of food over the course of 2 hours and they had a jester and minstrels for entertainment. It's a great way to sample many dishes and enjoy a meal with friends, family, or go solo and take it all in!”

Their honey toast is really good (come with friends if you want any chance of finishing it!) and my personal favorite menu item is the Taiwanese sausage. Onion rings were perfect. You know when you get onion rings and you bite into then and all the slimy onion pulls out and it slaps you in the chin? Yeah, these don't do that! They weren't oily or greasy. They were fried perfectly! The place is small inside, but you're not eating the restaurant, so don't worry about it. The lovely lady at the counter was friendly and just SO very nice. I never get to come out to the island much anymore, but I know I'm going to make a point of stopping by at Perry's any time I can!”
