K single did a better diagnosis and not only repaired internal water damage but repaired multiple siding areas that contributed to the leak. “Back in October of 2017 I began communicating with the Sales Rep Danny from Valentine Roofing. I was communicating for 2 neighbors and myself. I received at least 6 estimates for my roof, negotiating, reading reviews and talking to other neighbors. From day 1 Valentine has been extremely responsive. I have not been the easiest customer, I am sure I drove Danny crazy with all my questions! After all was said and done we chose Valentine and signed the contract in early March (I was the one that drug my feet from October....NOT VALENTINE). We went with Valentine for several reasons 1) I value reviews and great customer service 2) I value doing business with a company who is upfront and honest 3) I saw the beautiful work they did on 3 neighbors houses while we were dragging our feet. Once we were assigned a PM, Salvador, I received phone calls and emails thoroughly explaining the scope of the project. Loved Salvador! Monday April 2nd our materials were delivered, the same morning the crew began removing the old roof! They worked until 7pm Monday and were back at it to finish the project Tuesday....YES....my roof was complete in 1 1/2 days and it looks FANTASTIC. This crew was off the charts, their care for my spring flowers, their precautions to cover the entire yard (although quite small) with tarps as to not leave any debit in the yard was outstanding. Clearly Valentine is doing something right....you don't have employees that are so kind, respectful and just overall good people if you are not treating them properly! YES, I would 100% recommend Valentine. I will say, they were not the cheapest estimate, but for a roof I find tremendous value in the company and the project that is being done. I had 1 other bid I was seriously considering and then read reviews on his company...... thank you Valentine for a job well done.”

“Award Roofing did a great job on our roof. Bruce came out for an estimate and he actually climbed on the roof to make sure I actually needed new shingles, unlike the other guy I had out. I thought I had two layers of shingles, but Bruce said I only had one. He could have taken me for disposing an extra layer of shingles that weren't really there, but he was honest. That's getting harder to find nowadays. I really appreciated how he didn't pressure me at all with salesman tactics. His price was all he needed to seal the deal. The best price, by far, of all the estimates I received - for the same shingles. His crew got it done quickly and cleaned up their mess. I did find a staple or two laying around, but that's about it - they're not perfect, but close. Anyway my roof has been leak free for over a year now and I'm really glad I chose Award Roofing. I wish all contractors were like them.”
